With a new week upon us, we thought that those of you might not have seen it on our Facebook page should also have a chance to see this gem of a trailer from K120, one of our veteran players who has a bit of a track record for creating awesome trailers from the game.
This time around, K120 donned his directorial helmet and took to the battlefields in order to capture the German forces in action, and the result is this trailer, simply titled “Wehrmacht” which is well worth a watch.
We are in the process of updating, changing, adapting and improving how our support site works.
The site has been updated as you can see above, and we want to streamline how support works, answers questions, helps in general etc.
The third and final release of the Newgarden update is now live on the servers! With Newgarden introducing so many big changes to the fold (new character progression, badges and ribbons and game UI, to name a few), we’ve been rolling out the features, changes and tweaks over a number of updates to make sure everything settles in nicely, and today marks the final part of that process. This final release has really been focused on fixing and fine-tuning what’s there already, rather than adding big, sexy features, but there are still plenty of new and improved things to get you up to speed with.
There are of course many more changes, so continue reading for more details…
Last Friday we decided to have a quick late-afternoon excursion from HQ and visited Tøjhusmuseet (Danish armory museum), they used to have an English name and homepage as well, but that has apparently disappeared. Whether they just forgot or if it is to confuse foreign spies I don’t know. OOOPS! If it is to confuse spies I guess I shouldn’t write about it in English? Oh, well, here is their homepage: http://www.thm.dk/
Forums are back, but we have decided to postpone the rollout of the new design until it is ready.
We are going to move the webservers and content over the weekend and roll out the first version of the new design early next week.
This means that we’ll have to set the forums and the blog comments to read-only as of now, until the new website goes live, so you don’t end up writing witty nuggets of great insight only to have them become lost in the limbo between two webservers.
We will of course keep the game open, so you will have to play the game instead of talking about it :-) If you DO have something to say that is too important to keep to yourself until next week, the ingame chat is still open, our facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HeroesAndGenerals is there and should you run into any kind of problems support is standing by with the binary med-packs at http://support.heroesandgenerals.com/
