Intelligence Bulletin Vol 3 * No 16

PHEEEEW! – or the sound of 1000 men breathing! The new Irwin build is out on live and we are bug fixing it as fast as we can. [pun intended, Ed.]

We have added Warfunds – so now Assault Teams earn income as well as experience. This income is then spent on securing supplies for your assault team so you can keep on fighting. Infantry and low-level assault teams generally earn more warfunds than they need to keep in supply whereas high-level assault teams earn less than they need.

If you want to resupply your team RIGHT now, you can do that using gold.
The reasoning behind this is that we can keep on letting players play the game and earn warfunds without being forced to pay for it, but if you want to only play with heavy tanks and paratroopers you can of course do that but it might cost you a few gold pieces.

We have also updated the GUI and are gathering a lot of feedback for further tweaks. Reto.Hr.Wille is lurking and gathering feedback so we can keep on improving the way the game looks.

    This might sound a little odd or it might not, either way could we have some way of deleting our old weapons. I have lots of spare guns and equipment that I don’t need (Even more so with the new equipment feature) and the list is a little clustered. Maybe even a -small- refund?

      That’s something I want for sure.
      Being able to sell gear or at least delete and sort them. The gear menu is so messy.

    I like a lot of the new features, but I nearly laughed when I read “but if you want to only play with heavy tanks and paratroopers you can of course do that but it might cost you a few gold pieces.”

    A few is like 3. Supplies for some of these like the para and tank are 450+ Gold.

    Give us options!!!
    – Lets us choose what HUD features we want to see and hide unnescesery ones. (Or even all HUD for filming etc.)
    – Let us choose how big of a junk all the health bar take in our screens. Let us chage the size of each HUD
    – Let us choose what we see when we press the F2, what currently brings up all 3D HUD. At the moment it’s all or nothing
    – Even let us choose the transparency of the HUD

    At the moment we can´t scale the GUI up and down, which is why It look bad at lower resolutions.
    We are working on this and on giving you a lot more options to customize the GUI to your liking.
    The Jefferson build will feature improvements in the player HUD.

      When we will see party system ? Or atleast when we will be able to join battle through friend list ?

    I have plenty of ideas to make the game more appealing but first priority in my opinion :

    G43 is overpowered, has no recoil, deals too much damage even far distances

    M1 Garand has too much recoil, I don’t know about the damage but the rifle isn’t controllable

    Also, vehicules (cars) feels like driving a brick

    And finally : Reduce the sprint recovery, it’s taking too long

      Recoil and damage is 100% identical on M1 and G34.

      Vehicles and fatigue are being tweaked and improved along the way.

        Fatigue recovery speed is okay, it could be even slower if we would have more stamina, cause now you can sprint like 4 seconds.
        Similliar fatigue system as in arma 3 would be cool.
